How It Works
Select a Visit Type, a date and time on the schedule and we'll see you soon. Housecalls are for most minor illnesses and injuries. Virtual Visits are only for previously-diagnosed and recurrent illnesses, medication refills, or medical advice or referral.
Complete Patient Intake and consent forms. If you've selected a Virtual Visit, we'll contact you with easy instructions. If you're having a Housecall, sit back and relax. We'll be there soon.
We will assess, diagnose, and treat your illness or injury, providing you with any needed prescription or over-the-counter medications and supplies. We even save you a trip to the pharmacy!
Insurance? You'll receive an invoice at the completion of the visit with billable codes to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
